its good to remind them & guide them wat to do, but if watever they do is under our instruction, den they will gain nth.

"i nv do sow bcoz u nv remind me" comes abt is partly coz the shepherd always tell them wat to do or not to do... without monitoring if the sheep understand or not. yupz.
no one is at fault..=)
